How to Withdraw
Withdrawals follow a straightforward process. KYC verification is a one-time requirement before your first payout.
Complete KYC Verification
Before your first withdrawal, submit identity documents through your account settings. Typically a government-issued ID and proof of address. This is a one-time step.
Navigate to the Cashier
Log in to your account and open the Cashier section. Select the Withdraw tab. The system will display the payment methods available based on your account type (fiat or crypto).
Enter Withdrawal Amount
Type the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum is EUR 40. Daily limit is EUR 2,500, weekly EUR 7,500, and monthly EUR 15,000. If you have an active bonus, note that withdrawing forfeits the bonus.
Confirm and Track
Submit the withdrawal request. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 30-60 minutes. Fiat withdrawals are forwarded to your card or bank and may take 1-5 business days depending on your provider.
KYC Verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are a regulatory requirement. You must complete verification before processing your first withdrawal. The process is handled securely through your account settings.
Documents required:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence)
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement)
- Selfie with ID in some cases
- Proof of payment method if requested

Payments FAQ
Once your account is linked to a fiat payment method, it remains a fiat account. To use crypto, you would need to register a separate account. Fiat and crypto accounts cannot be merged or converted.
Bet Orange does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, card provider, or crypto network may apply its own fees. Network fees for crypto transactions are the responsibility of the sender.
Common reasons include: pending KYC verification, active bonus requiring wagering before withdrawal, or the request falling outside business hours for fiat processing. Contact support at support@betoranje.com if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without explanation.
All balances are held in EUR. Crypto deposits are converted to EUR at the exchange rate at the time of deposit. Withdrawals in crypto are converted back from EUR to the chosen coin at the rate at time of withdrawal.
Deposit limits can be configured in your account settings under the Responsible Gambling section. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period. See our responsible gambling page for more tools.
